These Daily Rhythm Cards were born out of my experience as a mom navigating the challenges of ADHD with my daughter, Skye. I wanted to create a visual, hands-on tool to bring structure and calm to her day—and it worked wonders! But I quickly realised these cards aren’t just helpful for kids with ADHD; they’re a game-changer for any child who thrives on clear expectations and routines.
The cards can be downloaded, printed, and used as-is, or you can personalise them using the included Canva link to make them your own. I recommend laminating them for durability—simply cut out each card, slide it into a lamination pouch, and seal them up. Every evening, I set out the next day’s schedule, and in the morning, Skye and I go through it together. It’s a small step that makes a big difference in how smoothly our day runs.
